It is recommended to send the original photo file at the original size. Photos from social media do tend to be lower quality when expanded to the photo size. Please do not send screen shots of photos. Please also take note that the clock is round so try to have photos where main image is centred. And also take not of the clock hands are incase this covers an important part of your image!
