What is your turnaround time?

At the moment my turnaround can be anywhere from 1-5 weeks (depending on time of year or the item and the item you wish to order), although not many orders at all will pass the 4 week mark. I do try my best to get orders out as soon as possible. If you are needing an item quickly, please feel free to message me and I may be able to get your order completed quicker.

Do you do custom orders?

Yes, I can offer slots for custom makes. However, at very busy periods this may not be possible. Please contact me to discuss further.

Where are you based?

Although I started my little business at home in Gateshead, we quickly ran out of space and now have our own little shop. We are now based in the Washington Market Village at the Galleries in Washington. You're more than welcome to come visit any time.

What are your opening times?

We are open Monday-Saturday from 10am-5pm and Sunday 10am-4pm. Sunday is for taking orders or collecting orders only. Nothing is made up on a Sunday.

Can you order in-store?

Of course- If you pop in to our shop you can order and collect on the day if we have the item in stock already. We try to keep stock of a few items such as birthday pyjamas, children's T-shirts and lots of other items and gifts. You can also bring in your own items for me to personalise. The time you wait may depend how busy we are or what/how many items you want personalised.

What is your return policy?

As each item is made to your specific requirements or personalised to each individual customer, we are unable to accept returns unless we have made an error/mistake on our end or if the item has been received damaged or defected.
We do not accept returns due to incorrect sizes or spellings errors made on your end during the ordering process. If any errors have been made on the order please let us know within 1 hour of placing the order. However, we cannot guarantee amendments to orders once they have been processed.
We do not accept returns for used/worn items.
We will only refund the cost of the item and not the original delivery charge.
